將輕燒鎂粉、菱鎂石顆粒和水按不同配比混合, 液壓成型為圓柱試樣 , 利用試驗分析討論不同 配比、成型壓力對試樣理化性能的影響;通過采用不同輕燒鎂粉和菱鎂石顆粒配比可以調整試樣中 M g O 含量和灼減量, 以滿足不同鋼廠轉爐的配鎂造渣工藝和護爐需要。
輕燒鎂球主要用于轉爐煉鋼配鎂造渣工藝,采 用輕燒鎂球配鎂造渣,可向爐渣提供足夠的活性 MgO ,抑制爐襯中 MgO 向爐渣溶解擴散, 減輕爐 襯侵蝕程度,起到保護爐襯 ,提高爐齡的作用。
The lightly burned magnesium powder, magnesite particles and water were mixed in different proportions and hydroformed into cylindrical samples. The effects of different ratios and molding pressure on the physical and chemical properties of the samples were discussed and analyzed by experiments. Mixing with magnesite particles can adjust the M g O content and ignition loss in the sample to meet the magnesium slag mixing process and furnace protection needs of converters in different steel plants.
Light-burned magnesium balls are mainly used in converter steelmaking and magnesium slag-making processes.Using light-burned magnesium balls with magnesium slag-making can provide sufficient active MgO to the slag, inhibit the MgO in the furnace lining from dissolving and diffusing to the slag, and reduce the degree of corrosion To protect the furnace lining and increase the age of the furnace.
Z近幾年國家對于輕燒鎂球的試驗研究正在逐漸加深,現在主要采取以下步驟對輕燒鎂球進行試驗和研究。

3 結 語
1)在輕燒鎂粉中加入部分菱鎂石顆粒有助于 提高試樣的表觀體積密度和強度。
2)加水量/輕燒鎂粉量為 15 %~ 20 %時 ,試 樣的表觀體積密度和強度較大。
3)試樣的表觀體積密度隨成型壓力的增加而 變大。
4)成型試樣在空氣中自然放置 2 天后 ,其表 觀體積密度接近試樣烘干的表觀體積密度 ;游離 水分小于 1 %, 化合水分 5 %~ 6 %。

3 conclusions
1) Adding part of the magnesite particles to the light-burned magnesium powder can help to increase the apparent bulk density and strength of the sample.
2) The apparent bulk density and strength of the test sample are larger when the amount of water / light-burned magnesium powder is 15% to 20%.
3) The apparent bulk density of the sample becomes larger as the molding pressure increases.
4) After the sample is left in the air for 2 days, its apparent bulk density is close to the apparent bulk density of the sample after drying; the free moisture is less than 1%, and the combined moisture is 5% to 6%.
